Five Stages to Join Our Community
Stage 1: Application
Complete our online Application Form. A non-refundable registration fee is required; please submit proof of payment to the School Office.
Stage 2: Entrance Assessment & Interview
Applicants complete an age-appropriate assessment in literacy, numeracy and general readiness. A family interview helps us learn more about your child and share our approach.
Stage 3: Admission Decision
Following the assessment and interview, parents are notified whether a place has been offered.
Stage 4: Documentation & Fees
Submit completed medical report forms, emergency contacts, allergy/health forms (if applicable) and signed acceptance of school rules and regulations.
Stage 5: Orientation
New families are invited to an Orientation Program before school begins to ensure a smooth transition.
Admission Requirements
Please prepare the following before completing the online Application Form so your submission can be processed without delay.
Required Documents
Student Passport Photo
A recent passport-size photograph of the applicant.
Birth Certificate
Mandatory for every applicant, regardless of age or grade.
Recent Academic Reports
The three (3) most recent end-of-term reports — required for applicants to Nursery 2 and above.
Completed Medical Report Form
Download, complete and bring it along on the interview/assessment date.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of GH₵100 is required to begin the application. Pay via Mobile Money to 055 353 9280 and keep the transaction ID — you'll enter it on the Application Form.
Age Guidelines
- Applicants must be between 3 months and 18 years of age.
- Creche (Pre-Daisy) is intended for our youngest learners — typically under 3 years.
- Grade 1 applicants should usually be at least 5 years old.
